COST: $2,850 per single attendee, $2,350 per person for a business partner from the same team

Are you ready to work on your staging business, not just in your business? By implementing streamlined processes for client intake, project management, and inventory tracking you can focus more on your core business activities, ensuring smoother operations and better client satisfaction.

  • The intensive is geared towards home stagers / staging teams that have completed training and have 1-2 years experience. Ideally, the stagers specialize in vacant staging and owns their own inventory.

  • In addition to the two-day course content, the registration cost includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday.

  • The registration cost does not include travel to and from St. Louis, hotel accommodations, or travel within St. Louis during the intensive.

  • Participants will also receive the following valuable resources through registration:

    • One - 1 hour pre-course consultation with O+O to discuss areas of focus

    • Three - 30 minute post-course follow up calls with O+O to debrief

    • Customizable Canva templates for social media and marketing campaigns

    • Facebook community page for all participants

    • On-site presentation and access to business coach, Meg Smidt

  • Not necessarily, but if you DON’T have any systems we have used several and feel that the ones we currently leverage have a lot of great features fo our home staging business.

  • This 2 day program is intended for Home Stagers who may not be ready yet for the Staging Collective. This is great for newer stagers who have had training, but are struggling to figure out how to manage ALL THE THINGS in a way that is consistent for your client experience.

    This program is specific to information, challenges and systems that Olive + Opal has direct experience with, in contrast, the Collective exposes stagers to information from almost 40 different staging companies across the US and CA.
