Staging & Logistics Associate

Olive + Opal Interiors, the #1 Home Staging Team in North America (2022), is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Staging & Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. Based in central St. Louis, we specialize in staging high-end homes, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a fun yet professional work culture. Position Overview:

As a Staging & Logistics Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our inventory is carefully packed, transported, and set up in our clients' homes with precision and care. This role is perfect for someone who is physically active, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering excellent results. You will work closely with our warehouse manager and staging team to ensure smooth operations.

Hours & Compensation:

  • Guaranteed 30 hours per week

  • Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4 PM, with occasional Fridays (8:30 AM - 12 PM, approximately twice a month)

  • Starting at $23/hr with opportunities for additional hours

  • Bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and safely load, transport, and stage inventory in clients' homes

  • Work alongside the staging team and warehouse manager to ensure seamless operations

  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and deliver outstanding customer service

  • Handle our inventory with care, ensuring all items arrive and are placed without damage

  • Drive box trucks or vans (a clean driving record is required, DOT Medical Card preferred)

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced Movers: Candidates who thrive in the physical demands of moving. You must be able to lift 75+ lbs (with assistance).

  • Safe, Skilled Drivers: This role involves driving a box truck or van, so a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. A DOT Medical Card is a plus.

  • Clear Communicators: Regular communication with the team is essential, especially during time-sensitive staging projects.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various communication tools and app-based systems (such as StageForce) to track inventory and coordinate logistics.
